Shipping Information:

We ship via USPS with insurance three times a week. Your item may be sent Priority mail which will be delivered within 3-5 days of the order. Books and patterns are shipped via Media Mail. Orders to Hawaii will require additional time.

Refunds and Cancellation Policy:

Class cancellation policy: We do not give refunds for classes unless we cancel the class due to low enrollment or the teacher gets sick.

Merchandise refund policy: We will not accept returns on cut fabric.  We do accept returns on books, patterns, and notions that are in their original condition and packaging.  We give store credit for returns.
